Property Management

For most, the worst part of being a landlord and owning investment property, is managing the property and the tenants. We’ve got you covered. As a full-service brokerage, we assist with tenants from move-in to maintenance, market analysis and move-out. You won’t have to lift a finger.

All of our services are covered with a 10% monthly property management fee + a $129 processing fee (waived when you list your first property with us!).

Applicant Screening
We conduct comprehensive credit and background checks as well as evaluate rental applications for your property, in order to help you find the best tenant.
Rent & Security Deposit
We collect your tenant’s security deposit and maintain it in an escrow account. We also collect rent for your property each month and deliver quarterly reports.
Move in/out Inspections
We coordinate tenants moving in and out of your property, conducting inspections and properly documenting damage for which the tenant is responsible.
We provide full-time service to your tenants to assist with any emergencies that arise and respond to any maintenance requests.
Rent Analysis
We conduct comparative market analyses to ensure that your property is renting competitively and strategize to maximize returns on your investment.
Bill Pay
We manage mortgage, homeowner and condominium association payments as well as utility bills associated with your property to ensure timely payment.


At Haven, we go above and beyond for each and every client. We realize that some clients would like to leverage only some of our expertise, exerting most of the effort of selling their properties on their own. For clients brave enough to take on the real estate process or simply interested in understanding more about real estate through experience, we offer Realtor In A Box packages.

Realtor-in-a-box packages are best for For Sale By Owner (FSBO) properties and buying or reselling investment properties. Realtor-in-a-Box packages do not guarantee that a sale will occur and/or any estimated return on investment will be attained.


Pre-Listing Package
Starting at $1,000, this includes a 1-hour one-on-one consultation, delivery of required Seller disclosure forms and assistance completing them, and a comparative market analysis report.
Property Listing & Marketing Package
Starting at $2,500, this package includes professional photos of the property, listing on BrightMLS as well as all major brokerage and consumer-facing websites, one open house up to 4 hours, professionally orchestrated showings, and a For Sale yard sign.
Pre-Investment Package
Starting at $2,500, this package includes buyer forms and video orientation guide; seller forms and video orientation guide; a curated list of 50 pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, and bank-owned properties; and an investment property ROI consultation, up to one hour.
