Welcome to Haven’s 5th anniversary celebration! Since December 2017, The Haven Firm, LLC has grown from a brokerage solely operated by its owner in Maryland to a brokerage of 10+ Realtors serving Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, Georgia and Florida. We are so grateful for your support and for the opportunity to continue to provide you with excellent customer service and masterful expertise at helping you build wealth through real estate.
When I was 30 years old, the Haven Firm was an idea. It felt like a good idea because I could break away from the traditional way things are done in the real estate industry and create something new that served me and the agents I partner with better — with real training and resources to do their jobs knowledgeably and effectively. I also wanted to work with agents that would provide real, beneficial service and care to clients. 5 years later, the Haven Firm is an enterprise that spans 5 states and is full service, helping clients buy, sell, rent as well as helping clients manage their investment property and consulting with clients on how to build investment portfolios. The Haven Firm is an empowerment project for our community, being fully Black-owned and operated and helping all of our clients overcome barriers to building wealth through real estate. Thank you for your continued support on this journey. It’s been my pleasure to learn from and serve so many of you.
See you at year 10!
– Dominique
The Haven Firm, LLC, a full-service real estate brokerage specializing in helping clients build wealth through real estate, is celebrating its 5th anniversary in business. Principal Broker and Owner Dominique Lamb is expanding the Haven Firm’s offerings by launching the Kirby Institute of Wealth and Real Estate, a subsidiary of the brokerage named after her late grandfather, Marvin Kirby, who died in August 2022 with over a million dollars’ worth of personal real estate holdings. Through the Kirby Institute, Lamb will offer courses to the public as well as other real estate professionals ranging from real estate investing, financial literacy as well as pre-licensing and continuing education courses.
The initial courses offered include a course for homeowners explaining their options in a recession, a financial literacy course for teens and a course on successful short-term rental investing. The courses will be offered virtually in early 2023 and pre-registration begins this weekend.
